Support the Association’s projects
The staff of the operational team of the NGO “Association of Alumni, Faculty and Friends of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University” took part in the training “Strengthening the Project and Organizational Capacity of Non-Profit Organizations in Ukraine.”
The training was conducted as part of the organizational capacity-building component implemented with the support of UNICEF within the project “Introducing a Pilot Trauma-Informed Approach to Mental Health, Psychological Support and Mediation.”
Over the course of five days, the participants explored approaches to project management, institutional development, and the engagement of non-profit organizations with donor programs. The training focused on project planning, assessing the needs of target groups, partnerships, budgeting, risk management, results monitoring, reporting, transparency, and the protection of vulnerable groups.
For the Association, this is an important step toward strengthening our organizational capacity and the quality of our project work. Such training helps our team plan initiatives more systematically, build effective partnerships, and operate professionally, transparently, and efficiently — enabling us to implement sustainable solutions that respond to current social challenges.
